These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website privatecruise.gr and the services provided by THASSOS MARINE ADVISOR ΝΕΠΑ (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing booking a cruise, you agree to these Terms, together with the linked policies below.

1. Scope of Services

The Company provides daily boat cruises with a licensed and experienced skipper, operating within Greek territorial waters. All cruises are recreational in nature. The vessels itineraries may be adjusted based on weather conditions, safety considerations or port authority instructions.

2. Booking & Participation

      • Bookings are confirmed once payment (deposit or full) is successfully processed.

      • Maximum passengers must comply with the vessel’s license and Greek maritime regulations.

      • All passengers must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.

      • Before the cruise guests must provide accurate personal details for legal reporting to the Port Authority (see Privacy Policy).

      • All passengers must be at the pier at least 30 to 15min before the actual time of cruise departure.
    • In the event that the vessel is stopped for inspection by the Hellenic Coast Guard or other authorized authorities, the time spent during the inspection will be deducted from the total scheduled cruise duration.

3. Skipper Authority & Safety

The skipper is the captain of the vessel and has full authority regarding:

  • Navigation and route adjustments

  • Safety instructions and emergency procedures

  • Weather-related itinerary changes

  • Passenger conduct onboard

Failure to comply with the skipper’s instructions may result in modification or early termination of the cruise without refund.

4. Onboard Rules & Safety

All passengers are required to follow the Onboard Rules & Safety Instructions:

  • Proper supervision of children under 16

  • Following seating and safety instructions during navigation and maneuvering

  • Correct use of toilets, galley and cabins

  • Restrictions on jumping into the sea

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed through:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

  • Revolut

We do not store payment card details. All payment providers operate independently in accordance with their privacy policies.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, refunds and weather-related rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Personal Data & Privacy

We collect personal data only as necessary and in compliance with Greek law and GDPR, including required submission of passenger information to the Port Authority.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability & Insurance

  • Vessels are insured in accordance with Greek legislation.

  • Passengers are advised to carry personal travel and medical insurance.

  • Thasos Private Cruises acts in good faith and disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, Thasos Private Cruises cannot be held responsible for acts, defaults of, or delays caused by, any agent, guide, restaurant, hotel, coach operator, airline, or any persons or companies, however caused. In the case of any changes , the passenger is responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes. The company cannot be made responsible for losses that a passenger may face due to delay, regardless whether the loss is direct or indirect.

9. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Port authority restrictions

  • Mechanical failures

10. Passengers with special needs

If you have any special needs or requests you should notify Thasos Private Cruises as soon as possible. We always try to fulfill our customers wishes at all times.

11. Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs that can be folded are permitted on board free of charge. If possible, please advise us prior to tour departure.
