This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, including private charters (with or without skipper) and individual passengers participating in cruises operated by the Company with its own skipper.

1. Cancellation by the Charterer

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or contact form).

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund of the deposit or full amount paid.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.

2. Weather Conditions & Company Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cruise due to:

  • adverse weather conditions,

  • sailing prohibitions imposed by Port Authorities,

  • or any condition that may compromise passenger safety.

In such cases, the Charterer will be offered:

  • an alternative date,

  • or a full refund of the amount paid.

The decision regarding weather conditions and safety rests exclusively with the skipper / Company.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure of the Charterer or passengers to appear at the agreed embarkation point at the scheduled time is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Delays caused by the Passengers may result in reduced cruise duration.

4. Early Termination of Cruise

If a cruise is terminated early due to:

  • non-compliance with safety instructions,

  • inappropriate or disruptive behavior,

  • violation of onboard rules,

  • or upon passenger request for early return due to seasickness, illness or general discomfort,

No refund, partial or full, will be provided.

Passengers acknowledge that seasickness and similar discomforts are inherent risks of maritime activities and accept responsibility for their participation.

5. Refund Processing Time

5. Refund Processing & Transaction Fees

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Please note that a 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover banking, payment processing and transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Payments made via credit or debit card through Stripe, Revolut, or PayPal may require 5 to 10 business days to appear in the Charterer’s or passenger’s account, depending on the bank or card issuer.

The Company is not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by banks or payment service providers.

6. Payment Provider

All online payments are securely processed through Stripe, Paypal or Revolut.
The Company does not store or process card details directly.
