These rules are designed to ensure the safety of all passengers, crew and the vessel. By boarding the vessel, passengers acknowledge and agree to follow them.
The skipper is the captain of the vessel and has full authority over navigation, safety, and passenger conduct.
Passengers must follow all instructions from the skipper at all times.
Failure to comply may result in early termination of the cruise without refund.
Children under 16 must be supervised by parents at all times.
Passengers must remain in designated areas during maneuvering and safety briefings.
Respect seating positions and pathways to allow the skipper to operate the vessel freely.
Toilets: Only appropriate waste may be disposed of misuse may result in penalties.
Galley: Use of ovens, plates, refrigerators, etc., is restricted unless explicitly allowed.
Portable refrigerators: Passengers are responsible for supplying ice cubes.
Cabins and mattresses: Do not sit with wet swimsuits on furniture or mattresses.
Passengers may only jump into the water after the vessel is stationary and the engine is off.
Always ask the skipper if the planned location is safe for swimming.
Safety briefings will be conducted at the start of the cruise.
Life jackets and other safety equipment must be used when instructed.
Follow all emergency procedures as directed by the skipper.
Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings and insurance.
The Company is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur due to failure to follow onboard rules.
Remove shoes or slippers before boarding.
Always be aware of your surroundings and respect skipper instructions.
Any violation of onboard rules may lead to modification of itinerary or cruise termination.
Full compliance with Onboard Rules is mandatory and forms part of your Charter Agreement.
